We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Accessory Sales/ Receptionist. If you have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment this is the opportunity for you!

THE COMPANY:

Horizon Ag & Turf was established in 2024 as Agland and Martin Deerline merged operations. THE POSITION:

This dual role involves assisting customers in our merchandising area with accessory sales while also managing reception duties in a retail setting.


Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or people. Greet customers and visitors, providing a friendly and welcoming environment. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise. Maintain product displays, stock inventory, and ensure the area remains organized. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, petty cash handling as well as bank transactions, organizing the customer lounge area and maintaining office supplies. Provide additional support for team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Collaborate with marketing for store events and trade shows. Stay up to date on product knowledge, manufacturer terms, discounts, and special-order programs.

Skills required:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, especially in a dealership setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient use of computer programs and technology. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service focused environment, while multitasking and managing time effectively. Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
