Job Description
UX/Accessibility Consultant
Contract Duration: 12 months
Location: Mississauga, ON or Verdun, Que. On site required a few days a month, as well as some local travel Responsibilities: * Understand business requirements and convert information into applicable concepts.
- Perform user research (profiles and tasks).
- Organize information.
- Define interactive scenarios.
- Design wireframe prototypes.
- Design interactive prototypes.
- Design interface mock-ups.
- Perform heuristic evaluations.
- Conduct usability tests.
- Experience with UX for complex, custom B2B/B2C ecommerce solutions (large catalogues, omni-channel logistics, complex product and pricing configurations). Telecom online stores, airline/travel booking Web sites, large retailers
- Experience with UX for Web tools being used in a physical retail environment.
