Compensation Range $7,283.75 - $10,474.08 CAD Monthly

In the normal course, employees will be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range for a job.

Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to develop and implement organizational change strategies, initiatives, policies, processes and programs that promote an accessible, safe and welcoming learning, living and working environments at UBC Okanagan; and, determine and facilitate disability related accommodations for students, faculty and staff supported by the Disability Resource Centre.
Organizational Status
Disability Resource Centre provides leadership on issues of accessibility for people with disabilities on the UBC Okanagan campus and facilitates disability related accommodations for members of the UBC Okanagan campus. This position report to the Manager of the Disability Resource Centre, and works collaboratively as a member of a team of professionals, actively participating in and contributing to the development and implementation of educational programs and organizational change initiatives. This position works in collaboration with UBC faculty and staff, student organizations, and community groups to achieve common goals.
