What We're Looking For....
Required Qualifications:
Canada Winners for 2025 Accenture Innovation Challenge
Pursuing a Bachelors degree in any major from any university with an anticipated graduation date (at the time of application) of December 2026 - August 2027
If applying for Montreal location, must be fluently bilingual in English and French
If applying for Ottawa location, must be eligible for Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior internship experience in consulting, technology, or professional services.
Project experience through work or coursework by
developing and implementing solutions to solve real-world business challenges
, demonstrating a consulting mindset.
Leadership experience
through student organizations or extracurricular activities.
A
growth mindset
with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
Familiarity with programming languages
, data visualization tools, and/or cloud platforms.
Knowledge of
core consulting skills
- business processes, organizational strategies, project management and an interest in technology.
Ability to
work with data
to solve real-world problems and present findings clearly.

in a presentation setting.
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
This role involves working in person--either at our offices, client sites, or delivery centers--so you can collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with teammates and clients.
Please note that with all of our roles, you should expect to be in-person for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
