Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and professional Academic Tutors to provide specialized academic support in Mandarin for university students in disciplines including EAP (English for Academic Purposes), Business, Management, Marketing, Media, Social Sciences, Education, and Psychology.?

Responsibilities?

1. Assignment Support?

Assist students (via Mandarin communication) with a wide range of academic tasks, including but not limited to:?

Essays, reports, and reflective writing? Business plans? Presentations (PPT creation and oral script writing)? Dissertations, group essays, and group presentations? Online exams (tutoring and exam preparation guidance)?

2. One-on-One & Group Tutoring?

Provide professional academic guidance through personalized tutoring sessions conducted entirely in Mandarin? Support exam preparation (final exams, mid-term tests, quizzes, etc.) via Mandarin instruction? Assist students in brainstorming, outlining, and revising assignments and dissertations in Mandarin? Help students develop academic skills and enhance academic confidence through Mandarin-based tutoring?

Qualifications?

Possess a solid academic background in any of the following disciplines: EAP, Business, Management, Marketing, Media, Social Sciences, Education, or Psychology? Have excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills? in English Prior experience in academic tutoring in Mandarin or mentoring is preferred? Able to flexibly adjust teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs of students? Master's or PhD degree is preferred

Core Requirements?

Language Requirement: Must conduct all tutoring activities in Mandarin? Familiarity with Academic Models: Familiar with the assignment requirements and exam formats of universities in any of the following regions: US, UK, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, or Singapore
