  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, multiple goals, problem solve and prioritize among assignments

  • Well organized with attention to detail and a resourceful problem solver
  • Ability to work as a team, as well as ability to take initiative and act independently using good judgment as well as accept direction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the weekly schedule for resident/fellow clinical activities
  • Administrative support for the Divisional Residency Program
  • Coordinate and schedule dates, venues, attendance, facilities and catering for meetings, presentations, special events and visiting professor visits, as directed
  • Preparation of paperwork and orientation of observers, clinical clerks and undergraduate medical students
  • Monthly educational rounds scheduling
  • Respond to general emails, letter mail and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Respond to requests for materials and general information
  • Perform routine administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and record keeping
  • Preparation of academic teaching schedules
  • Collation and record keeping of a dossier of academic divisional and programmatic activities organized by academic year
