Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Academic Coordinator to oversee the smooth delivery of academic programs across multiple intakes. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence in scheduling, academic tracking, and student support throughout the academic lifecycle--from enrollment to graduation

Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery Management
Coordinate and manage the delivery of academic programs for all student intakes.
Liaise with faculty and administrative teams to ensure timely execution of academic plans.
Timetable & Rota Management
Create, maintain, and update class rotas (timetables) from intake through to graduation.
Ensure scheduling aligns with curriculum requirements and instructor availability.
Academic Record Tracking
Monitor and maintain accurate records of student performance, including mid-point assessments, final exams, and graduation eligibility.
Collaborate with the registrar and academic teams to ensure data integrity.
Graduation Documentation
Prepare and verify graduation documentation, including transcripts, certificates, and completion letters.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely issuance of graduation materials.
Instructor Coordination
Follow up with instructors to gather feedback on student progress and academic engagement.
Support faculty in identifying students who may require academic intervention.
Student Support
Monitor student attendance and academic performance, initiating follow- ups as needed.
Provide guidance and support to students navigating academic challenges.
Curriculum Execution
Assist in the implementation and execution of curriculum plans.
Support curriculum updates and ensure alignment with academic standards.

Qualifications and soft skills
Bachelor's degree or up
Minimum of two years of experience in the same capacity in a career college.
Critical thinking
Good communication skills and patience with students/clients
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel (testing may be required)
Good English Speaking and writing; multilingualism will be an asset.
