Admissions Advisor

to join our team. This role is the front line of engagement with prospective students, guiding them through their educational journey and helping them take the first step toward a new career.

What You'll Do

Conduct engaging

career planning interviews

with prospective students to understand their goals, motivations, and challenges. Provide clear guidance on our

diploma and certificate programs

, aligning options with students' career aspirations. Build meaningful relationships through

phone, virtual, and in-person consultations

, ensuring prospects feel supported every step of the way. Drive enrollment by applying proven

sales and customer engagement skills

to inspire confidence and commitment. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and follow-ups in accordance with college standards.

What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience

(education, retail, customer service, or related fields) with a proven ability to close and meet targets. Strong

customer engagement skills

- you know how to connect, listen actively, and build trust quickly. Exceptional

communication and presentation skills

to explain program benefits and career pathways with confidence. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passion for

helping people achieve their career goals
