The Role

EZRA exists to help make the superpower of coaching more accessible to individuals within each client organization we work with. We do this by partnering with our clients to set up an on-demand coaching service within their organization. A key success factor for EZRA is powerful content and messaging that educates audiences and inspires action - with metrics to measure impact. This is where you come in.

The Account-Based Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing our key account strategy and demand generation campaigns for expansion and retention among our enterprise accounts. This is a technical role with a strong focus on managing paid media and martech to streamline the user experience, measure performance and optimize campaigns. Supported by a mix of in-house and agency creatives, you will be required to work collaboratively with sales, customer success managers, product leads and others to deliver projects according to plan.

Success in this role relies on strong communication and technical skills, attention to detail, a curious mind, and excellent organizational tactics. You will help to execute major client campaigns, in addition to establishing a framework for running our strategic campaigns and ABM initiatives and sharing best practices across the team.

The Team

Reporting to the Senior ABM Manager, you will be part of the Marketing team but will work closely with the

the Strategic Account team.

What You'll Do
Configure and manage supporting campaign tools and paid media with a strong focus on the user experience, reducing friction and optimizing for conversions.

Coordinate with multi-level stakeholders internally and externally to deliver creative assets according to the campaign plan.

Contribute to the strategic direction of account strategy at all stages of the client lifecycle including demand generation through to expansion and retention.

Track and analyze campaign effectiveness to iterate, optimize, and report performance back to the team.

Help build a scalable and adaptable approach for innovative ABM campaigns, using a 1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many approach to increase user licenses and adoption among target audiences within our client's organization.

Stay on top of industry trends, best practices and innovative tools/tactics for ABM.

About You

You have:

  • 1 - 4 years of relevant ABM marketing and communications experience, preferably in a mix of agency, consulting, consumer products, ecommerce and/or technology organizations
  • Considerable experience using the platforms, products and tools that underpin ABM marketing automation (Unbounce, 6sense, Clearbit, DemandBase, HubSpot, Pardot, etc)
  • Experience in a mix of B2B and B2C lead and demand generation would be ideal
  • A thorough understanding of digital marketing, the full channel mix, and have a good handle on paid media especially on LinkedIn
  • Strong communication skills, and experience working and communicating with senior level stakeholders both internally and externally (clients, agencies, etc.)
  • Worked in cross cultural environments with an ability to operate on their own, as part of a team and globally (preferred)

  • Knowledgeable in ways to optimize the marketing funnel; with experience running multi-channel marketing programs (advertising, email, events, direct mail); content marketing and social media
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Open to flexible hours that may be required to manage projects across regions / time zones
