About the Role:
As the Associate Brand Manager for Famous Amos, you'll be at the heart of driving brand growth, deepening consumer engagement, and expanding market share in the mainstream cookies category. You'll help shape and execute brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and new product initiatives that align with both consumer needs and Ferrero's enterprise goals.
In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Sales, R&D, Finance, Packaging, and Project Management-as well as external partners to bring brand plans to life across channels. You'll use consumer insights and market data to inform decisions and contribute to the commercialization of new products, go-to-market strategies, and the development of annual and long-term brand plans.
You'll also help execute shopper marketing programs and point-of-sale strategies that drive conversion at shelf, manage marketing budgets, and support integrated communication plans that resonate with consumers.
