Implement individualized ABA therapy programs as designed by the BCBA.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred).
Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays (an asset).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow treatment plans and take feedback positively.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children reach their potential.
Work Environment:
Sessions may take place in the clinic.
Training and ongoing supervision provided by BCBAs.

Collect and record accurate data on client behavior and skill acquisition.
Assist in developing communication, social, self-help, and play skills.
Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment during sessions.
Communicate progress and observations effectively with supervisors and team members.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development.
Follow ethical and professional guidelines consistent with ABA best practices.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
