Ascent Speech Therapy is seeking a motivated and energetic Senior ABA Therapist to join our growing team. Our goal is to provide quality behavioral therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related disorders.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work or related field; Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred Experience working as Senior Therapist with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related disorders Experience of training Instructor therapists and assisting BCBA Experience leading assessment by using VB MAPP and ABLLS etc. Experience writing report, creating programs and preparing session materials Experience working with parents of students with autism spectrum disorder Must be passionate about providing quality behavioral health services to children with autism spectrum disorder Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Must be committed to providing high quality care for children and families Willingness to work at our Markham, ON location when necessary

Responsibilities:

Provide direct or indirect treatment to children with autism spectrum disorder and other related disorders. Provide treatment plan based on the child's specific needs using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods. Collect data on children's behaviors using the evaluation system provided. Communicate with parents of children who have been enrolled in the program.
