Join our team at ABA in the GTA and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA Instructor Therapist to provide

in-home therapy

.

Schedule:

Thursdays and Fridays after school and Saturday Mornings. Looking for a reliable individual who is able to stay on the team long-term.

Responsibilities:

Deliver Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy in client homes. Implement a variety of ABA techniques, including prompting, prompt fading, error correction, and task analysis. Accurately collect and maintain data on target skills and behaviours. Build strong, positive relationships with clients and their families. Create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Behavioural Science Technology, Autism and Behavioural Science, or a related field. Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) or criminal record check. CPR and First Aid certification. Professional and General Liability Insurance, or a willingness to acquire insurance. Valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel to client homes.

Ideal Candidate:

Friendly, professional, and committed to helping clients thrive. Experienced in ABA therapy, particularly in preventing and managing challenging behaviours. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. MUST have experience with PECS and Toileting.
