What You Will Do

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes across

Kitchener and surrounding areas

, following BCBA and Senior Therapist guidance Support skill development and behaviour reduction goals using individualized programming Collect and document data using AspireAutism's internal software Collaborate closely with the clinical team throughout the treatment process Maintain a safe and professional therapy environment in all client homes (all homes are pre screened)
What We Are Looking For

Minimum

3 years of ABA therapy experience in Ontario

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal Reliable, punctual, and highly organized Professional, friendly, and approachable with families and colleagues Strong collaboration and documentation skills Valid Ontario driver's licence, reliable transportation, and a clear police background check
Availability Requirements

Availability between

9:00am and 6:30pm on at least 3 weekdays

is required to support consistent client schedules
Total Hours

Starting at approximately

25 or more hours per week

, with the opportunity to increase immediately based on availability and client needs
