IT Recruitment Post Title: Instructor Therapist Location: Etobicoke Job Type: Part-time Requirements:
- Preferred completed or working towards: Behavioural Science Technology, Autism Behavioural Science Certificate, Registered Behavioural Technician certificate, Or a degree in any of the following with experience in ABA will be considered: completed diploma or degree: Early Childhood Education, Child & Youth worker, Psychology, Social Work, Teacher Education Program or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and experience with ABA (knowledge of verbal behaviour is an asset)
- Enjoys working with children, is creative and has great play skills
- Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and access to a personal vehicle is strongly recommended
- Second language would be an asset
- Work directly with clients individually under the supervision of a Senior Therapist
- Deliver ABA services or evidence based therapy to clients
- Prepare materials, implement programs, monitor client\'s progress
- Attend regular training workshops and meetings as required
Part-time hours: 6-12 per week Salary: $30.00-$37.00 per hour Schedule:
- Day shift
- Commission pay
- Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
