Duties:

Implement the ABA / IBI program related to the needs and goals of the client under BCBA supervision Support client goals through implementing strategies and monitoring progress. Regular Data Collection and communication with BCBA and Senior Therapist Maintain a good rapport with the interdisciplinary team, including the family. Create and maintain a healthy and positive environment for the client to promote progress. Provide consultation and education to the family regarding the client's needs and goals. Create optimal opportunities for learning by including the family into the therapy sessions. Candidates must adhere to the policies and procedures of the company. Must complete a comprehensive training program remotely with senior therapist Meet with senior team on the case once a week to discuss the case Follow the Covid-19 Safety Protocol

Qualifications:

Must have College or Bachelor of Arts related to Autism Behavioural Science or Psychology Must have minimum 1 or 2 years of experience providing direct therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Comprehensive knowledge of ABA practices, procedures and principles. Excellent communication skills (English) Ability to take initiative Outstanding organizational skills Works collaboratively in a team centered environment Must posses and provide the following: Vulnerable Sectors Check Minimum two References Valid Ontario Driver's License (with access to personal vehicle) Proof of vehicle insurance Available to work Mon to Friday between 9:00-7:30 pm and Saturdays 10:00-1:00 PM Eligibility for full-time employment will be reviewed upon completion of the three-month probationary period and is dependent on demonstrated performance.
