Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Home Therapist
to provide hands-on skills development and behavioral intervention for a young child with Autism. Paid training will be provided. The Home Therapist will work in a private home as part of a therapy team under the supervision and direction of a trained Senior Therapist..Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions in a home setting. Support the child's developmental goals under supervision. Collect data, track progress, and communicate observations to the Senior Therapist. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent implementation of therapy plans.
Qualifications:
Two years of post-secondary education in Psychology or a related field, or relevant work experience. Coursework in Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental psychology, or behavior analysis is an asset. Experience working with children with developmental delays or behavioral challenges is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, reliable, and compassionate.

Paid training will be provided. Flexible scheduling may be available.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.05-$18.63 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
Work Location: In person
