Job Description
DeVry Greenhouses is seeking motivated individuals with a positive attitude to join our fun and energetic team. The core focus of this position is to help alongside production in the greenhouses as well as greenery production.The ideal candidate has some flexibility with hours due to volume changes during peak and non-peak periods. Regular hours are 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Some Saturday work will be required during peak times. No Sunday work.Responsibilities and Duties:
- Propagating various types of cuttings
- Planting, spacing, spiking of plants
- Shipping of plants
- Other duties required in a greenhouse & production line setting
- Hard working
- Self-motivated
- Positive and uplifting can-do attitude
- Able to work alone or part of a team
- Willing and able to work long hours as needed during peak shipping seasons
- Past greenhouse experience is an asset but we are willing to train the right individual
