Le programme A220 d\'Airbus Canada monte en cadence et pr\xc3\xa9voit une augmentation significative des livraisons d\'avions et du nombre de clients dans les ann\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 venir. Un poste de gestionnaire de contrats de services est \xc3\xa0 pourvoir au sein d\'Airbus Canada, dans le cadre de l\'int\xc3\xa9gration des services clients A220 avec les services clients et commerciaux d\'Airbus SAS. Ce poste fait partie de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe des contrats de services au sein de l\'organisation du support client. Rattach\xc3\xa9 au Head of Services Contract, vous aimerez travailler avec de multiples interfaces, g\xc3\xa9rer des sujets et des missions diversifi\xc3\xa9s (pas de routine) et apprendre en permanence.

Le responsable des contrats de services est charg\xc3\xa9 des droits aux indemnit\xc3\xa9s initiales conform\xc3\xa9ment au contrat d\'achat de l\'avion A220, de la consommation et des \xc3\xa9changes. Il est \xc3\xa9galement responsable de la facturation de tous les services A220 fournis par Airbus Canada.

Missions

Pour le portefeuille de clients A220, le Services Contracts Manager :

Agit en tant qu\'expert de la gestion des contrats de services pendant toute leur dur\xc3\xa9e, jusqu\'\xc3\xa0 leur expiration.

Construit et maintient une relation commerciale de confiance avec les clients, en \xc3\xa9coutant activement et en clarifiant leurs besoins, leurs exigences et leurs pr\xc3\xa9occupations.

Fournit des conseils en mati\xc3\xa8re de gestion contractuelle pendant la phase de n\xc3\xa9gociation afin de minimiser l\'exposition au risque d\'Airbus.

Apr\xc3\xa8s la signature du contrat : supervise et contr\xc3\xb4le les droits et obligations contractuels accord\xc3\xa9s dans le cadre des contrats de services et des contrats d\'achat d\'avions.

Il est l\'interface du client et de l\'organisation d\'Airbus pour toutes les questions contractuelles li\xc3\xa9es au contrat d\'achat d\'a\xc3\xa9ronefs, \xc3\xa0 la commande et \xc3\xa0 la facturation des services.

Contribuer \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9alisation des objectifs financiers d\'Airbus en garantissant les recettes et en mesurant la performance du client en ce qui concerne ses cr\xc3\xa9ances.

Contribuer \xc3\xa0 la d\xc3\xa9finition des besoins afin de d\xc3\xa9velopper et de mettre en \xc5\x93uvre des outils et des processus au sein de l\'organisation.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s/activit\xc3\xa9s

Suivre les obligations d\'Airbus et du client pendant toute la dur\xc3\xa9e du contrat ; veiller \xc3\xa0 la bonne ex\xc3\xa9cution de tous les termes et conditions ; veiller au respect des obligations contractuelles de paiement (acomptes, factures, notes de cr\xc3\xa9dit, etc.) ; identifier, \xc3\xa9valuer et suivre les modifications des contrats et leurs effets.

Contribuer \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9laboration et \xc3\xa0 la mise en \xc5\x93uvre de politiques commerciales pour les services nouveaux ou existants ; veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que les outils d\'Airbus soient continuellement adapt\xc3\xa9s aux besoins de l\'entreprise.

assure une approche coh\xc3\xa9rente en interne et \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9gard des clients afin de garantir une relation de confiance durable et fructueuse \xc3\xa0 long terme

\xc3\x89tablir des relations avec les \xc3\xa9quipes en contact avec les clients et les \xc3\xa9quipes d\'Airbus SAS.

Participe activement aux initiatives d\'am\xc3\xa9lioration continue des \xc3\xa9quipes sur les m\xc3\xa9thodes de travail, la gestion des connaissances et les outils.

Agit en conformit\xc3\xa9 avec le processus SE.AS.01 "Vendre des avions et des services" ; participe, le cas \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ant, \xc3\xa0 des audits r\xc3\xa9glementaires internes/externes ; s\'efforce de respecter les d\xc3\xa9lais et la qualit\xc3\xa9 ; suit rigoureusement les directives E&C et de contr\xc3\xb4le des exportations.

Formation / Qualifications particuli\xc3\xa8res

Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at ou exp\xc3\xa9rience confirm\xc3\xa9e en comptabilit\xc3\xa9, gestion des contrats, ventes et administration.

Des connaissances en mati\xc3\xa8re de services et/ou de services \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le sont un atout.



Airbus Canada\xe2\x80\x99s A220 Program is ramping up and is expecting its aircraft deliveries and customer base to grow significantly in the coming years. A vacancy for a Services Contract Manager has arisen in Airbus Canada, in the frame of the integration of A220 Customer Services with Airbus SAS Customer Services and Commercial. This position is part of the Services Contracts Team in the Customer Support organization. Reporting to the Head of Services Contract, you will like working with multiple interfaces, managing diversified topics and missions (no routine) and learning constantly.

The Services Contract Manager is in charge of the initial allowances entitlements as per the A220 Aircraft Purchase Agreement, consumption and swaps. He is also set-up invoicing activities for all A220 services provided by Airbus Canada.

Missions

For A220 customers portfolio, the Services Contracts Manager:

Acts as the expert of the Services contracts management during its whole duration, until expiry.

Builds and maintains a trustful commercial relationship with customers, by actively listening and clarifying their needs, requirements and occurring concerns.

Provides contractual management guidance during the negotiation phase in order to minimise Airbus risk exposure.

After contract\xe2\x80\x99s signature: supervises and monitors the contractual rights and obligations granted through Services contracts and Aircraft Purchase Agreement support package.

Is the customer\xe2\x80\x99s and Airbus organisation interface on all contractual matters related to Aircraft Purchase Agreement Support package, Services ordering and invoicing.

Contributes to Airbus financial targets by securing revenues and measuring the performance of the Customer on their receivable.

Contribute to the definition of requirements in order to develop and implement tools and processes into the organisation.

Accountabilities/Activities

  • Monitors Airbus and the Customer obligations throughout the life of the contract; ensures the good execution of all terms and conditions; ensures proper contractual payment obligations (down payments, invoices, credit notes etc); identifies, evaluates, monitors contracts changes and related effects
Contributes to the development and implementation of commercial policies for new or existing Services; ensures that Airbus tools are continuously adapted to business needs

Secures a consistent approach internally and towards customers ensuring a successful and sustainable trustful long-term relationship

Builds relationships with customer facing and Airbus SAS teams

Participates actively in the teams\xe2\x80\x99 continuous improvement initiatives on ways of working, knowledge management and tools

Acts in compliance with the Process SE.AS.01 \xe2\x80\x9cSell Aircraft and Services\xe2\x80\x9d; takes part as required to internal/external regulatory audits; aims at delivering on time and on quality; strictly follows E&C and Export Control guidelines

Bachelor or proven experience in Accounting, Contract Management, Sales & Administrations
