We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade while working under the guidance of experienced electricians. The Apprentice Electrician will assist in various electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Duties

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform tasks. Help with low voltage wiring installations for various applications. Collaborate with senior electricians to troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in the electrical field.

Requirements

Basic understanding of electrical systems and components is preferred. Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics is highly desirable. Experience or coursework related to industrial electrical work is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
