Job Description
Description of Work:
Accountable for the overall success of the lending platform implementation under the Lending & origination portfolio.
Key Accountabilities:
- Overall management and reporting of the project through the SDLC life cycle
- Tracking and management of budget, schedule, scope, and resources
- Project dependency and risk management
- Management of project level reporting and governance
- Facilitate steering committee and project team meetings
- Vendor management
- 10+ years of project management experience leading large scale technology projects in a complex environment
- 10+ years of experience with implementing SAAS applications - CRM or Lending platforms preferred
- Experience in multiple project delivery approaches including (Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid)
- Executive level communication and reporting including breaking down complex topics to be simple, clear, and concise
- Ncino or Salesforce project management/delivery experience
- Lending platform implementation experience
- Financial Institution experience
