HIRING 433A Millwright for our Mississauga location!We are seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to join our team in a packaging manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a valid Millwright license and a proven track record of maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment. This position requires flexibility in working rotation shifts, as well as the ability to troubleshoot independently.Wage: $40.82/hrAdvantages

- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and determine the best course of action for repairs.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks and maintain accurate records in the maintenance work order system.
- Utilize hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools to dismantle and repair defective parts.
- Fabricate or repair parts using machine shop instruments and equipment as necessary.
- Provide mechanical expertise and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to health and safety standards, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Follow ISO and HACCP requirements and procedures.
- Report any problems or safety concerns to the Supervisor promptly.
- Maintain adequate parts supply for maintenance activities.
- Adhere to company rules, regulations, and policies at all times.Qualifications
- Certified Licensed Industrial Millwright Mechanic/Technician.
- Minimum of 3 years\' experience as a licensed Millwright in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the paper and packaging industry is an asset.
- Knowledge of PLCs, wiring, and legislated standards.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Summary
