Our client located in Durham is looking for a Bilingual Family Intervention Officer to add to their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Working with families to resolve issues and provide support
Finding suitable arrangements to resolve cases
Developing intervention plans
Advising and supporting parents
Providing guidance
Maintaining documentation
Any other duties as required

The ideal candidate will/must have:

Fluently bilingual in both French and English
University Degree in Social Science, Social Work and/or related field
Access to a vehicle daily and a valid driver\'s license
Registered Social Worker and/or in the process of becoming registered
Strong conflict resolution skills
Compassionate and dedicated to helping families
