Our client located in Toronto is looking for a Bilingual Facilities Director to add to their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Planning, organizing, directing and controlling the activities of maintenance, energy management and rehabilitation of building facilities
Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs
Acting as a liaison with superintendents and principals to resolve maintenance issues
Ensuring compliance with health and safety practices
Managing building rehabilitation and improvement projects
Any other duties as required

The ideal candidate will have:

Fluently bilingual in both French and English
5+ years of experience in a similar role
College and/or University Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Strong knowledge of building codes, laws and regulations
Must have a reliable vehicle to travel frequently to various work locations within Southern Ontario
