We are seeking a motivated and eager Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical field while working under the supervision of experienced electricians. The Apprentice Electrician will assist in various electrical tasks, contributing to both residential and industrial projects. MUST be able to work out of town and fly to remote community's

Duties

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. Collaborate with senior electricians to interpret blueprints and schematics for effective project execution. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks. Support troubleshooting efforts by identifying electrical issues and providing solutions. Participate in low voltage wiring installations as directed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored. Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment at all times.

Skills

Previous experience Working with Teck Wire or explosion proof equipment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and their safe operation. Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Basic knowledge of low voltage systems is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced construction environment.
