Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team and gain hands-on experience in electrical installation and maintenance within industrial and construction environments. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to develop essential skills under the guidance of experienced electricians, contributing to various electrical projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and foundational knowledge of electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Assist licensed electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in industrial and construction settings Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during daily tasks Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to support project execution Work with low voltage wiring and components as part of electrical installations Support the setup and troubleshooting of electrical circuits and equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for self and team members

Qualifications

Prior experience or familiarity with industrial electrician work is preferred but not required Basic understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and blueprint reading is advantageous Experience with hand tools, power tools, and construction environments is a plus Knowledge of low voltage wiring and electrical safety standards is beneficial Strong willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to electrical work Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$37.00 per hour
