THE ROLE

Third Key Holder

Provide exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations Train new sales associates Step in for the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager when needed Occasionally supervise daily store operations Educate customers on products and shoe care Build strong customer relationships to drive sales and exceed goals Ensure displays are organized and visually appealing Collaborate with the team and support inventory management
