Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated 3rd, 4th Year or Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Renovate existing electrical systems to improve functionality and safety. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.

Experience

Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role within the electrical field. Familiarity with industrial electrician practices is preferred. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of electrical schematics. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools specific to electrical work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments. A maintenance person background is a plus for additional versatility in job duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$36.00 per hour

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
