Job Summary:

We are seeking a

3D Designer

with strong experience in

Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD

, and

SolidWorks

. The core responsibility of this role is to

create accurate and detailed 3D models

from architectural drawings and design information. These models will serve as the foundation for all downstream processes, including engineering review, CNC programming, and mold development.

Responsibilities

Convert 2D architectural drawings and design concepts into fully developed 3D models Create complex 3D geometry for architectural precast and GFRC components Coordinate with engineers and CNC programmers to ensure models are production-ready Revise models based on feedback from the project, QC, and production teams Interpret detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and reference files Maintain clean, organized, and version-controlled model files across multiple projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in

Rhino

,

Revit

,

AutoCAD

, and

SolidWorks

Minimum 1 years of experience in 3D modeling, ideally in architectural or manufacturing environments Strong understanding of architectural details and the ability to model complex forms Ability to translate 2D drawings into accurate 3D representations Experience with construction, precast, or GFRC projects is a strong asset Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
