This role will focus on developing best in class advertising and social media campaigns that leverage innovation and creativity. Operate as part of a seamless, global collective of advertising and social media experts. While a North America-focused role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with social experts globally\xe2\x80\x94as well as teams such as Advertising, Digital and Data & Analytics\xe2\x80\x94to partner on initiatives, share content and learnings, and facilitate other collaborative efforts that drive us all forward. You will collaborate with marketing stakeholders while being the \xe2\x80\x9cexpert in the room,\xe2\x80\x9d proposing effective ways to use social media to support our marketing team\xe2\x80\x99s priorities. You approach social with a strategic, not just tactical mindset - but also know that a great strategy needs excellent execution to succeed. Partner with internal teams and agency resources to strategically develop messages and creative for our key audiences in the most appropriate channels, meeting the objectives of the brief. You will help with day-to-day social channel management, assist in content creation and recommendations, and help perform listening, metrics and engagement. You have a knack for content, from crafting copy to recognizing good design, and understand that social media means listening, engaging, analyzing and optimizing\xe2\x80\x94not just publishing.
