Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team at our modern shop. Based in Stratford, this role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality service to our customers. The technician will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair trucks, trailers and related equipment with precision. perform repairs and maintenance safely. Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for various technical tasks. Read schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and addressing client concerns. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Perform routine maintenance to ensure longevity of equipment.

Qualifications

Proven experience with the repair and maintenance of heavy trucks, trailers and equipment. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in repairs or maintenance. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy objects safely. Experience in various areas of truck repair. Drive on program experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $39.00-$43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
