We're looking to welcome another dedicated and driven
309A Industrial and PLC Electrician
to join our existing team of dedicated and highly skilled electricians. In this role, you'll contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of our manufacturing infrastructure--playing a key part in supporting world-class audio technology production
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret
electrical drawings, blueprints, and electrical code specifications
to determine wiring layouts and installation procedures.
Splice, connect, and secure wiring to fixtures and electrical components to complete circuits in compliance with
ESA standards
.
Test and troubleshoot electrical systems using tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, and oscilloscopes to verify
continuity, current flow, and operational safety
.
Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot automation equipment including sensors, vision inspection systems,
programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and distributed control systems (DCS)
, and other electrical/mechanical control systems.
Collaborate closely with team members, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date
maintenance records and service logs
.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum
5 years of hands-on experience
in a manufacturing or industrial setting, especially in troubleshooting machineries, programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Valid
Certificate of Qualification (309A Electrician)
.
Maintain and repair complex machinery such as
CNC machines, hydraulic systems, and high/low voltage electrical components
.
Strong working knowledge of
HVAC systems, industrial electrical systems, and plant maintenance practices
.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with
safety procedures, ESA regulations, and Lockout/Tagout protocols
.
