Installing electrical systems to feed and control manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities
Cut, bend, and install small and large conduit.
Pull wire through conduits and cable trays.
Install wire-cables to all panels and electrical equipment.
Perform I/O check procedures, power and communication testing.
Guarantee the proper labeling of all electrical pulls.
Commission new processes.
Skills
Capable of bending Rigid and EMT pipe and building raceways.
Capable of pulling cable for power, low voltage, ethernet, fiber and ASI.
Termination testing and excellent troubleshooting skills.
Capable of reading and understanding: Electrical drawings, cable runs, electrical schematics.
Capable of completing service calls in an industrial machinery environment.
Excellent English language skills.
Capable of interacting and dealing with the end customer.
Capable of running a crew.
Job Duties:
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in accordance with Canadian Electrical Code Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards
