A ce poste, vous devrez d'abord coordonner et effectuer un controle diligent financier, et offrir des services-conseils cote acheteur et vendeur. De plus, vous travaillerez au sein de l'equipe de controle diligent de Deloitte, en assurant la liaison et l'etablissement de relations avec de multiples parties prenantes diverses dans le cadre d'un mandat defini. Cela comprend l'acquisition d'une comprehension des entreprises ciblees et de leurs catalyseurs, ainsi que l'interpretation et l'analyse des notes d'information, des plans d'affaires et de l'information accessible au public. Vous preparerez egalement des evaluations de la qualite des benefices et signalerez les principaux enjeux potentiels pour nos clients, notamment la determination des risques ou des prix ayant une incidence sur les elements a considerer en matiere d'evaluation et d'integration. Certains membres de l'equipe choisissent egalement de se specialiser dans un secteur.

Les membres de l'equipe Controle diligent transactionnel F&A, execution et production de rapports travaillent de maniere collaborative afin de creer de la valeur pour les clients dans le cadre d'une fusion, d'une acquisition ou d'un dessaisissement. Notre equipe est en pleine croissance. Elle soutient nos clients a toutes les etapes du cycle de vie des F&A grace a notre approche Cabinet unique . Nous participons a des missions de toutes les tailles dans divers secteurs. L'equipe a conclu avec succes des transactions, petites et grandes, qui ont servi des clients des secteurs public et prive du marche intermediaire, au Canada et a l'echelle internationale. Nous sommes un groupe extraordinaire de gens collaboratifs et autonomes qui a a coeur d'offrir un service a la clientele axe sur l'excellence tout en nous AMUSANT et en soutenant l'avancement professionnel de chacun.

De deux a cinq annees d'experience de travail - le fait de posseder au moins une annee d'experience du controle diligent dans le cadre de transactions de F&A est considere comme un atout;

Diplome de premier cycle avec resultats exceptionnels et obtention, ou obtention prochaine, du titre de CPA ou d'un autre titre comptable; un deuxieme titre (CFA ou EEE, etc.) est considere comme un atout, mais n'est pas requis;

Interet pour la resolution de problemes grace aux chiffres et a l'analyse et pour l'etablissement de relations

avec l'equipe et les clients;

Engagement indefectible a l'egard de l'excellence professionnelle et en matiere de service a la clientele;

Solides competences en communication, a l'oral et a l'ecrit.

L'echelle salariale pour ce poste est de 72,000 $ a 108,000 $. Certaines personnes peuvent etre admissibles a notre programme de prime. Sur le plan salarial, Deloitte se concentre sur l'equite et la competitivite. Nous etablissons regulierement des comparaisons aux donnees de reference du marche etablies pour divers postes, secteurs, cibles et niveaux. La remuneration totale offerte par Deloitte s'etend bien au-dela des programmes traditionnels de remuneration et d'avantages sociaux et est concue pour reconnaitre les contributions des employes, favoriser le mieux-etre personnel et soutenir la croissance du Cabinet.
