## Job Summary

GL Truck & Tank repair is seeking few skilled Truck, coach and retailer Mechanics / Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 + years experience in repair and maintenance, with a focus on Pickup and up Truck. We serve GTA over 10 years, and now open the second shop in Oakville / Mississuaga , have stable customers , now we have new opportuinities

## Responsibilities

Detecting and diagnosing operating problems in steering mechanisms, engines, transmissions, brakes, engine management systems, suspension systems, electrical/electronic systems, emission control systems, and air conditioning/refrigeration systems Adjusting, overhauling, repairing, and reassembling engines, transmissions, clutches, rear ends, differentials, brakes, drive shafts, and axles. Perform routine maintenance tasks on company trucks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. Using various equipment to diagnose and isolate faults. Keeping up to date on advances in technology and updating skills as necessary Effectively communicating with co-workers, customers, and service managers Reading and interpreting owner/operator/manufacturer manuals and service specifications
## Skills
- Mechanical knowledge with heavy truck repair over 3 years experience
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency with advanced diagnostics, overhaul and repair of all vehicle components and systems .
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

-Welding/ fabrication skills ( TSSA Welding cert is an asset)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour

Experience:

Truck repair: 3 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
