Onboarding week: Monday

Replacement

until FRIDAY OCTOBER 10TH 2025



Duties:



- Full Cycle Bookkeeping (including AP and AR data entry) using QuickBooks Online.

- Accurate job costing and maintain subcontractor files

- Full cycle payroll processing using ADP

- Review and prepare reports as requested

- Create estimates and coordinate scheduling using Buildertrend

- Construction Project Management: sourcing, scheduling, budgeting if needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year bookkeeping/accounting experience

- 1-2 years experience in the construction industry are a plus.

- Ability to maintain efficient filing system for financial document

- Experience with Quickbooks online and MS Office Suite

- Experience in all areas of cycle accounting trial balance sheets, reconciliation, and financial returns.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 weeks

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
