Earnings potential from $2,000.00+ bi-weekly on average (during training and beyond)

Working days: Monday to Friday

No Weekends

No Holidays

Shift: 5:30AM to 14:30PM

What you will do:

Drive a commercial vehicle

(3 or 5 ton with air brakes or without air brakes) to

perform Multi-drop deliveries and or pick upof freights to assigned stops for our clients within Red Deer and surrounding areas Deliver freights in good condition and within scheduled time (approximately 30+ deliveries/day)
Load and Unload freight in proper sequence with the use of a dolley and or pallet truck

Lift/carry freight up to 70 lbs.

Use a handheld device to scan documents and freights Complete any necessary paperwork accurately Perform all safety checks, including pre-trip and post-trip inspection Report on all safety hazards and accidents Use a cellular phone to communicate with Dispatch, Lead Hand and Manager ie. Truck breakdowns, delivery concerns, answer calls, texts etc.... Provide excellent customer service Build strong client relationships Adhere to safety and compliance regulations Additional duties as required

What you will get:

Flat base rate $32.00 Per Hour Paid bi-weekly

Requirements

High School Diploma Valid Class 5 License is a must Clean Commercial and Personal Driver's Abstract Courier or LTL experience is an asset
Minimum 1 year COMMERCIAL DELIVERY DRIVING experience

This shift will be

Monday to Friday. Shift starts at 5:30AM to 2:30PM (9 hours/day)*

Load and Unload freight in proper sequence with the use of a dolley and or a pallet truck

Lift/carry freight up to 70 lbs.
