As the Digital Commerce Merchandising Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring Unilever products have best in class merchandising presence on retailer's digital shelf.

You're digitally savvy, detail-obsessed, and know how to make products stand out online. With strong organization and communication skills, you thrive in eCommerce environments where accuracy, speed, and optimization drive results. You balance customer needs with brand goals and can pivot fast to keep the digital shelf ahead of the curve.

What You'll Do:




Responsibility and ownership over day-to-day e-merchandising activities including:

End-to-end set up of all products on e-retailer and D2C sites. Content collation responsibilities including but not limited to; approval on images, copy, R&D and legal liaison and product tagging (wherever necessary). Ensure PDP accuracy, including imagery, copy, crosslinks, and product recommendations. Partner with content strategists to audit content on retailer sites, manage on-site search optimizations and update search terms on an ongoing basis to maximize relevance and conversion. Ensure timely Go-Live on all retail platforms. Lead retailer key account manager connects to share content status and stay updated on all retailer specific changes Maintain product catalogues for all retailers in the internal database Stay updated on dynamic retailer requirements and processes with the ability to pivot as needed Assist in identifying, recommending and developing new ways of working to capture growth for Unilever brands in the fast-moving digital landscape.

What You Bring:


2+ years in a Digital Commerce merchandising or related field Proven experience in e-commerce content management and deployment on retailer sites; preference given to candidates that have worked with Amazon and/or Omni retailers Sense of urgency, flexibility, deadline driven mindset, and ability to multi-task Strong organization, project management, and attention to detail skillset Solid analytical skills with an emphasis on spreadsheet applications Open-minded and positive attitude with the ability to partner cross-functionally and grow relationships Ability to resolve problems with a resilient disposition Canva experience an asset Experience working in or with CPG, Retail, eCommerce, and syndication partners an asset A digital marketing degree or diploma
