We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team and gain hands-on experience in electrical systems within industrial and construction environments. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to develop essential skills under the supervision of experienced electricians, contributing to various electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, reliable, and interested in building a career in the electrical trade.
Responsibilities
Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to support project execution.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for wiring, conduit bending, and other electrical tasks.
Work with low voltage systems as well as standard electrical circuits in industrial or construction settings.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Support the setup and cleanup of job sites, including organizing materials and tools.
Learn to troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics and technical manuals under supervision.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of electrical systems gained through coursework or prior experience is preferred.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprint reading, and low voltage wiring is advantageous.
Experience in industrial electrician work or construction environments is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills on the job.
Ability to work safely following all safety guidelines and protocols.
Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
