ATCO Frontec is seeking a 2nd Cook with frontier spirit to support our camp in the Yukon, Canada.

Rotation:
12-hour shifts
Rotation is subject to change based on operational requirements and camp location: 28 days on and 14 days off
Responsibilities:
Ensure meals are prepared and severed to the highest standard
Support kitchen operations in a professional manner
Knowledgeable with the equipment that you are required to use in a safe manner
Inspect food and equipment on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Leave your workplace in a clean and tidy manner
Other duties as assigned by management from time to time
Qualifications:
Completion of a college or other post-secondary program in cooking
The successful candidate must hold a valid food safety certificate
2-3 years' experience as 2nd cook in the hotel/restaurant industry
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Professional communication skills, oral, and written
Work well under pressure
