The Atlantica Hotel Halifax is looking for someone to join our Culinary team. We pride ourselves on our culinary creations served from our kitchen and are looking for an experienced and passionate cook to help support our team. The ideal candidate for this position has a minimum of 2 years kitchen experience, a ranging knowledge of food and cooking techniques, a positive attitude, capable of taking direction well and multi tasking effectively.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, using cost-effective approaches and initiatives to ensure quality meals and customer satisfaction
A flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is a must.
