In the role of Second Cook, we are currently seeking a high energy and knowledge hungry candidate who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic work environment!Key Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Maintain a clean and safe work area\xc2\xb7 Preparation of all food items pertaining to specific station done in a timely manner\xc2\xb7 Maintain levels of production and meet or exceed guest expectations\xc2\xb7 Must provide superior customer service, to both internal and external customers\xc2\xb7 Control waste and spoilage in the assigned department\xc2\xb7 Maintain health and safety standards\xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as assignedWhat You\'ll Require\xc2\xb7 Must have attended a recognized culinary institution having completed or in the process of completing a culinary program and have a minimum three (3) years of progressive, recognized culinary experience in a large kitchen/similar working environment\xc2\xb7 Must be able to follow direction\xc2\xb7 Must be able to work in a fast paced environment\xc2\xb7 Ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as required\xc2\xb7 All employees at Casino Rama are expected to:
