What You'll Do: Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager at Zumiez, you will:

Develop and Empower Teams:

Support the training, coaching, and development of a high-performing sales team to build depth and drive results.

Drive Sales Performance:

Lead both individual and store-wide sales initiatives to meet and exceed company profit goals.

Execute Operational Excellence:

Champion the daily execution of merchandising, product flow, and operational tasks to keep the store running smooth and sharp.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills

Dependable, flexible, and ready to work a dynamic schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Outgoing, friendly, and naturally skilled at creating a welcoming and engaging customer experience. A highly motivated, competitive, and energetic leader who is committed to both personal and team success. Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer service excellence, and the ability to coach others on both. Proven ability to maintain operational standards while juggling multiple priorities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.20-$20.55 per hour
