Job Summary

CUSAC

(The Center for Unification of Science And Consciousness) is seeking a 2D artist to design and deliver clean, engaging visual assets for 10 HTML5 browser games. This includes characters, backgrounds, animations, and UI elements over the next several months.

This is an ongoing contract position suited for a designer who can work independently, iterate quickly, and deliver polished assets on a recurring basis.

Responsibilities:

Create 2D art assets (backgrounds, sprites, buttons, overlays) Develop a visual style that bridges science + sacred Design UI elements for feedback, scoring, rounds, etc. Work closely with the developer to ensure assets are properly optimized and integrated Deliver modular, reusable asset kits

Required Skillset:

Experience designing assets for web or mobile 2D games Portfolio demonstrating a range of visual styles Experience with sprite sheets, layered assets, and visual feedback loops Ability to work from high-concept vision and iterate Be a pro-active team player with direct communication and willing to adapt quickly

Preferred Skillset:

Animation experience (spritesheets or short transitions) Experience with tools like Spine, Aseprite, Adobe XD Familiarity with sacred geometry or science/art fusion
