Job Description
Kootenay-Columbia School District (No. 20) is seeking casual employees for the On-Call List for Bus Drivers for the upcoming school year. Casual staff can expect to work 3-5 days a week; however, casual work cannot be guaranteed. Individuals looking to work in a rewarding team environment all across our School District (Rossland, Trail, Fruitvale, Castlegar, Robson) with the likelihood of attaining a permanent position in the future should apply immediately!
Qualifications
Valid Class 2 drivers license with air endorsement (course takes approximately two weeks to complete through Mountain Transport Institute 1-877-965-DRIVE)
Job Details
Rate of pay: $32.89/hr + 13.4% in lieu of benefits = $37.30/hr Hours of work are between 6:30 am and 10:00 am and between 1:30 pm and 4:30 pm with the opportunity to work charter trips in between regular routes Bus drivers have winter break, spring break, and summer off!
