Pharmacy Technician Certificate from a Community College course or equivalent.
Registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
Knowledge of unit dose dispensing.
Knowledge of point of use systems.
Hospital experience preferred.
IV admixture and chemotherapy preparation skills an asset.
