ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skill, Experience)
Member in good standing with a current Ontario Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
BScN preferred.
Minimum of 2 years recent clinical nursing experience.
Current BCLS.
Previous experience working with a Geriatric, Rehabilitation, Continuing Care population and care team.
Knowledge and skill of wound care and enteral Feeding.
Knowledge of the philosophy, function and operation of the Rehab/Complex Continuing Care Program.
Completion of Palliative Care Level 1 and CAPCE certification.
Certification in Geriatrics from the Canadian Nurses Association is an asset.
Member of RNAO preferred.
