Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical field while working under the supervision of experienced electricians. The Apprentice Electrician will assist in various electrical tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Duties

Assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand wiring layouts. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various electrical tasks. Support experienced electricians in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing repairs. Work with low voltage systems as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to electrical work.

Experience

Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in electrical work is preferred. Basic understanding of electrical concepts, including low voltage systems and industrial electrician practices. Ability to read schematics and blueprints is a plus. Previous experience or coursework related to electrical work is beneficial but not required. Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in the electrical trade.

Pay: $17.65-$36.50 per hour
