We are seeking a motivated and eager Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical field while working under the supervision of experienced electricians. The Apprentice Electrician will assist in various electrical tasks, learning the trade and developing essential skills necessary for a successful career in the industry.

Duties

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform tasks safely and efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Work with low voltage systems under the guidance of a licensed electrician. Participate in troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored. Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to electrical work. Basic understanding of electrical principles, including low voltage systems. Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn from experienced professionals. Good communication skills to collaborate with team members on projects. Previous experience or training as an industrial electrician is a plus but not required. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety practices.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $32.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
