Job Description



What will you do:



Support controllership and stewardship activities over sustainability disclosures, including proofing and document production related tasks Assist in the oversight of the primary sustainability application with respect to data collection, maintenance and other tasks Assist in organizing and maintaining documentation of reporting processes and controls Research and monitor developments in sustainability reporting standards and regulations (e.g., ISSB, CSSB, CSRD) to promote readiness with evolving guidelines Help configure RBC's sustainability reporting tool to best suit reporting needs Help perform gap analysis against ESG disclosure requirements to inform compliance assessments Partner with internal stakeholders to contribute to initiatives and reports across the organization

What do you need to succeed?




Must-have

Working towards a Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related field Strong personal skills and ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment Professional written and verbal communication skills Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines

Nice-to-have

Knowledge and understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., TCFD, ISSB, OSFI B-15, CSRD, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint Previous experience working with a Financial Institution
